Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://sneakave.com/terms-of-service.

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

GENERAL

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different size (subject to availability), a different product of the same or greater value or refund of the total billed amount of your order to the original method of payment.

ORDER PROCESSING AND CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

All orders are processed or handled within 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.

All the orders with Sneakave are shipped from our registered office located at 468, Near BSNL Tower, Tehsil- Hathin, District- Palwal, Manpur, Haryana 121105, India, and orders only ship from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we will send another email with tracking information which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We use third-party delivery partners and will be responsible for shipping your order. Deliveries by our partners will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).

Domestic Shipping Fees and Time

We offer shipping at the following rates:

The order is in transit for 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
The total delivery time after you receive the order confirmation email is 4 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

ORDER RELATED INQUIRIES

For any order-related inquiries, you may email us at hello@sneakave.com with your registered email address and order ID.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

The customer must provide a full and valid address and contact details. Sneakave can’t and won’t be held responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We will only be able to change the address if the order has not been dispatched. To request a change of delivery address, email us at hello@sneakave.com with your registered email address and order ID.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

All deliveries will be attempted 2 times, in case of the customer’s inability to receive the package the first time. The order is returned to Sneakave if the order isn’t received by the customer on the second time and additional fees would be charged for further delivery attempts. Please email us at hello@sneakave.com in such cases.

DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT PACKAGE

In cases of receival of damaged in-transit package, please write us an email at hello@sneakave.com. Sneakave’s support team will help you to provide a solution to this issue.

PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and marked the parcel as lost.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday (excluding national holidays).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. If delivery is delayed more than 15 days for any reason Sneakave will help you fast-track the delivery in case of any delays, however, won’t and can’t held liable for such after we have dispatched the item from our end.
